Our professional management staff is on-site and our office is open six days a week to assist you with all of your storage needs. Climate Controlled Units Climate-controlled units are air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter to provide protection for your most precious possessions. Antiques, family heirlooms, fine furnishings, electronics, and important business or personal documents will be safe, environmentally protected, and readily accessible. Keypad access provides additional security. Insulated Non-Climate Controlled Units Combine the ease of loading/unloading of our standard non-climate controlled units with some additional temperature protection. Some insulated units also feature over-sized roll-up doors allowing ease of access for those hard to fit items. Extra-high ceilings provide additional airflow around stored property or additional stacking space. Standard Non-Climate Controlled Units Our non-climate-controlled units are ultra-clean, dry spaces perfect for storage of business or household items that are less sensitive to temperature and humidity. 24-Hour Video Recording Our surveillance cameras help us keep a watchful eye on our facilities' activities by recording 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Convenient Locations Both of our locations provide easy in-and-out access along Highway 70 East in New Bern, NC. Located at the entrances to the Taberna and Carolina Colours housing communities, our facilities provide superior residential storage options, as well as commercial storage for the many businesses along the US Hwy 70 corridor. Our nearness to downtown New Bern makes us a convenient choice for businesses, residents, and members of the marina community there. Also, our proximity to Havelock, NC, makes us a convenient option for the military community at MCAS/Cherry Point. Covered Loading and Unloading Imagine being able to load or unload without ever worrying about the weather. Our drive-thru complex makes it a reality! Drive into our covered loading and unloading corridor and you are always weather-protected. Fenced and Lighted Grounds Both locations feature well-lighted, completely-fenced grounds with a controlled-access gate. Entry is allowed only to those who have a code. |

Computerized Unit Tracking Our computerized unit tracking software allows us to easily process your transactions and keep accurate records of your account. For your convenience, we offer free invoicing and several payment options. Free Pest Control With our combination of superior cleanliness and regular professional treatment, we do our utmost to keep unwanted pests under control. Wide Aisles Our wide aisles make navigation easier with even the largest moving van, and our Grantham Center is tractor-trailer accessible. Wide Variety of Unit Sizes Whether you need the space of a closet, a two-car garage, or anything in between, we have a wide variety of unit sizes to suit your storage needs. Tractor-trailer Access Our Grantham Center was designed with an eye toward accommodating even the largest moving trucks. Ease of navigation makes this site perfect for commercial deliveries as well.
